Sending Payments from Russia and Eurasia

Sending payments from Russia and Eurasia can be a bit complicated but not devastatingly so.
In order to transfer money, banks often require actual documentation from the payees. Usually this means a fully-executed contract and invoice. Complicating this, credit cards are not universal. Many Eurasians do not have credit cards of Western banks. This means that they are unable to pay the SEVIS fees and many schools on their own as many banks refuse to accept credit card payments from Eurasian banks.
After agreeing to pay $25,000 or more in tuition, many families are dismayed to learn there are additional fees forthcoming for things like uniforms, health insurance, books, linen, etc. Often they don't understand why they are necessary. Therefore, we urge transparency when presenting the cost of studying at your school. International student fees that appear excessive can also be a turn-off. If it's necessary to charge them, we suggest explaining why they are necessary (SEVIS fees, courier costs, etc.).
