Education Fairs
A Russian Education Fair that's a Step Above
Although there is no fair in Russia that we know of that perfectly targets the candidate families of North American boarding schools, there is one that we have stuck with for three years.
- Their costs are reasonable.
- They are well organized and well advertised.
- They seem to attract more families with the means to send their children to boarding schools than others.
- Their fairs target school-aged children.
- Plenty of agents do seem to show up.
- They seem to listen to our concerns and suggestions.
- We have enrolled full-pay students that we met at each of their fairs that we have attended.
We have, of course, negotiated a discounted rate for ourselves to attend these fairs, which we can pass along to North American schools that wish to attend. North American schools are welcome to register for the fairs at the special Education-SI discounted rate. And because travel to Russia can be difficult and trying, Education-SI also offers a variety of travel packages which include various components such as:
- Airport transfers
- Four- or Five-Star Accommodations
- All Meals
- Ground transportation
- Visits to schools interested in partnerships and short-term exchanges
- Visits to such sites as Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow Circus, Hermitage Museum, Tretyakov Gallery, the Kremlin and Armoury, etc.
- Guided tours of cities
- Transportation between cities
- If you are traveling business class, Education-SI is able to procure tickets for you in the neighborhood of $3,500-$4,000, which is typically a savings of $3,000.
